Plan and evaluate your patient engagement programme
Once you have the required insights on the roadblocks and challenges in the patient journey, you will need support with the development and optimization of effective patient engagement solutions.
Unfortunately, despite the best intentions, some “around-the-pill” solutions fall short. We can undertake research to review strategies and tactics before launch to ensure they have the desired effect on patients.
To support the development of effective patient support programs
To support development of HCP tools that encourage greater patient adoption
To understand the disconnect between HCPs and and patients that may be impacting on take up.
What information are patients looking for about their disease at different stages in the journey?
What information and support tools are patients and their HCPs looking for?
What tools would help them with compliance / adherence?
Which sorts of digital tools would patients and physicians find most helpful?
Evaluation of tools that have already been put in place to address pain points
We recently conducted a survey in collaboration with our Inizio partner, Ashfield MedComms, to activate multiple myeloma patient engagement in the treatment journey.
Our client had worked with Ashfield MedComms to develop a metaverse-style virtual platform designed to provide an immersive reality environment of a CAR-T treatment centre where patients and their caregivers can learn more about the cell therapy process.
While the prototypes of the virtual CAR-T center were being developed, market research was required to optimize the platform to ensure ease of use and that the information is relevant for the patients. Rather than a PowerPoint deck, we used this virtual results platform as the basis for an interactive workshop to present the findings to the client and Ashfield MedComms teams.
